Project Title: Comprehensive Marketing Strategy and Branding Development
Project Overview:
We are seeking a skilled volunteer to help develop a robust marketing strategy and refine the branding for Seven Hillz Productions and its nonprofit arm, the Seven Hillz Productions Foundation. Our goal is to create a cohesive and impactful identity that resonates with our audiences, strengthens our outreach, and amplifies our mission.
Specific Tasks for the Volunteer:
1. Marketing Strategy Development:
- Conduct a situational analysis of our current marketing efforts, including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT).
- Identify key target audiences for our for-profit and nonprofit initiatives.
- Develop a detailed plan with short- and long-term goals to boost awareness, engagement, and conversion.
2. Branding Refinement:
- Assess our current branding assets, such as logos, taglines, and visual style, and recommend updates or enhancements.
- Develop a brand guide to ensure consistent messaging and design across platforms.
- Create templates or samples for branded materials, including social media posts, email headers, and presentations.
3. Implementation Support:
- Assist in developing a content calendar for upcoming campaigns and events.
- Provide actionable recommendations for social media growth and community engagement.
Timeline:
This project is expected to take 6-8 weeks, with an estimated 2-5 hours per week from the volunteer.

This project will allow us to communicate our mission more effectively, attract new supporters, and enhance our ability to serve our community, particularly student filmmakers and creatives. Your expertise will directly contribute to elevating our organization's voice and visibility.
