Mentorship Program Recruitment Strategy
We are seeking a Mentorship Platform Recruitment Strategist to help us develop and implement a targeted recruitment strategy to attract both mentors and mentees to our mentorship platform. Our mentorship program connects professionals with individuals from underserved communities, including refugees and displaced people, to provide career guidance, skills training, and networking opportunities.
The volunteer will assist with:
Recruitment Strategy Development – Identifying the best ways to attract and engage high-quality mentors and mentees.
Targeted Outreach Plan – Creating an outreach strategy leveraging LinkedIn, professional networks, universities, and corporate partners.
Messaging & Marketing Materials – Developing compelling messaging and content to encourage mentor and mentee sign-ups.
Engagement & Retention Strategy – Designing a plan to keep mentors and mentees actively engaged throughout their participation.
Tracking & Measurement – Establishing metrics to evaluate recruitment success and program growth.
By strengthening our recruitment efforts, we aim to expand the reach and effectiveness of our mentorship platform, ensuring that more individuals can benefit from career development, professional networking, and skill-building opportunities.
The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) is dedicated to bridging the education and opportunity gap by connecting underserved individuals with mentorship, professional development, and career-building opportunities.
A well-executed recruitment strategy will allow us to:
Expand access to mentorship for individuals who lack professional networks.
Engage more skilled professionals who want to give back and share their expertise.
Strengthen career pathways for mentees through high-quality mentor relationships.
Increase diversity in professional fields by supporting individuals from underrepresented backgrounds.
By volunteering, you will help us connect aspiring professionals with the guidance and support they need to succeed, creating a lasting impact on both mentors and mentees.
We will designate a team member to lead the project and work with the volunteer. We will also prepare members of our Board of Directors so they are aware of the project. We'll provide you with relevant information about our stakeholders and a background briefing on our programs, mission, vision, and purpose. You will have access to relevant materials and our current recruitment pipelines.
