Board Development And Succession Planning
We are looking for a volunteer skilled in executive coaching to work with the current Chairman and Board of Directors on board development and succession planning.
We are specifically interested in coaching services on the following areas [select which items apply]:
-Change management
-Succession planning
-Building and maintaining organizational structure
-Earning buy-in
-Board development
-New board leadership - recruiting from external sources
Assist in the succession planning to help move past the founders board - sustainable organization into the future.
Our organization is primed and ready to make this important investment. We are hoping that our volunteer can meet with Board Chairman and other board members/COO 1-2 times per week for 60-90 minute coaching sessions.
