Help! We need an Impact Report...I've tried and tried but just can't figure out what type of template/look so...We're looking for a volunteer to create a professional-looking, digital-format annual impact report that communicates our impact to donors and stakeholders.

Our first session will be a brainstorm, where we will discuss the key metrics and information we would like to highlight. In our second session together, you'll give us a preview of the preliminary design, and we will provide feedback. We may need one or more additional feedback sessions before our time together culminates with you providing us with the final deliverable in a working format that we could edit in the future and a digital format we can easily share with our stakeholders. This report will be no longer than 6 pages.

Our ideal volunteer has experience designing brochures or reports. We hope you can spend 15-30 hours over four to five weeks.

We are stuck! We keep trying do this ourselves... an annual report/impact report,... but no matter what we do, it doesn't look right. We are a younger all volunteer nonprofit and this will be our first Impact Report. We want to be able to send out as part of a fundraising campaign, post on our website and our Guidestar/Candid profile. We had some really cool things happen in 2024 and we want to be able to show it. Thank you so much in advance for any help you can give us:)

We'll share our logo, our brand style guide and visual branding guidelines with you. We also have will take responsibility for writing the copy and providing you with compelling data for our report as well as stories we'd like to highlight and some images. We've also gathered some examples of impact reports we like for your reference.

The Healthcare Navigation Project is an independent 501(c)(3) intentionally designed to disrupt our complex healthcare system with a health literacy and mental health life-skills program for ALL youth transitioning to adult care (HCT), and everyone else. This includes rare or chronic disease, underserved communities, or those with educational disabilities. We bridge the gap in healthcare by empowering all people to learn to actually use healthcare and self-advocate before they need it instead of after when it's too late. We empower people.
