We are searching for a volunteer who can lead the development of our key messages on LinkedIn. Specifically, we are looking for somebody who can coach our co-founders on writing LinkedIn posts that showcase our thought leadership. Our ideal volunteer partner will be a creative communicator/social media expert/coach who is ready to dive into messaging strategy with our founding team!

We envision a series of one-on-one sessions that guide our co-founders on how to serve as thought leaders. A session might focus on key messages that we can use to showcase our participation in an upcoming event. Another session might focus on crafting a message that's easy to digest. Another session might focus on understanding what matters to our target audience.

This volunteer will support our mission by creating support in our broader online community. We'll be able to share stories from the field to thousands of people globally.

We will share our LinkedIn profiles (personal and company) with the volunteer. We will also make ourselves available at the volunteer's success but need somebody who can be flexible with time zones (US west coast and central Africa time zones). We can also share some profiles of our target audience.

The Harvest Fund's vision is to be an enterprise that builds the agricultural economy while eradicating poverty and promoting environmental sustainability. Our mission is to improve the livelihoods of Zambian female farming cooperatives. In Zambia and similar countries, women are the backbone of agriculture yet toil away with their bare hands and feet and basic tools. The Harvest Fund creates a profitable half-hectare vegetable plot for each of its 10+ cooperatives that is watered year-round with a solar-powered irrigation system. We provide seed, fertilizer, and regenerative agriculture training to make these women farmers more productive and permanently escape poverty.
