Board Recruitment

We need help recruiting board members who are comfortable with technology and have prior board experience. We recognize the need to strengthen our leadership team to ensure long-term sustainability and effectiveness. We are seeking experienced board members who are passionate about our mission and bring valuable skills in nonprofit governance, fundraising, finance, legal expertise, marketing, and community engagement. Strong leadership and strategic vision will help us build a healthy, thriving organization.

A strong, healthy board fosters a thriving organization, enabling us to carry out our mission more effectively through impactful community initiatives. A board that can help develop role descriptions for our various initiatives will help move the organization forward. The volunteer will work with the Executive Director.

We have developed an application, a Board Position Description, Terms and Conditions, an Agreement, and a Liability Waiver to vet applicants properly. We aim to implement best practices, strengthen our board, and move toward a healthier foundation that will enable us to carry out our mission more effectively.
