Operationalizing Strategic Plan

I would like to move from a concept to becoming operational. We are a new nonprofit. Our goal is to provide wellness programs and services to cancer patients and their families at no cost. I am seeking assistance in advancing our strategic plan. We require assistance in transitioning from the documented strategic plan to a tactical plan, ultimately leading to operationalization.

Our organization was founded to bridge the gap in whole-person care by providing no-cost wellness programs, such as Reiki, mindful meditation, yoga, and peer support groups, as individuals navigate the emotional, physical, and spiritual challenges of cancer.

I'm the founder and chair of the Beacon of Hope Wellness Center for Cancer Support, Inc. We are a 501(c)(3) organization. To date, we have conducted one fundraising campaign, developed our three-year strategic plan, and developed our bylaws. We have a 9-member board, with the latitude to add up to six more members in agreement with our bylaws.
