Hattie B. BWIP is seeking a skilled volunteer to assist in creating a compelling investor pitch deck for our boutique hotel and Girls Camp initiative in Bisbee, AZ. Having already completed an in-depth feasibility study, we now require focused guidance on specific strategic financial decisions to effectively move forward with this project.

The key objectives for this engagement are:

Developing a clear financial analysis that outlines initial investment costs, ongoing operational expenses, pricing strategies, and projected revenue streams for the boutique hotel.

Evaluating the optimal approach to property ownership structure, including the advantages and considerations of ownership by the nonprofit versus leasing arrangements.

Creating a polished pitch deck tailored specifically for potential investors, highlighting financial forecasts, strategic impact, sustainability goals, and alignment with Hattie B. BWIP’s mission and vision.

This engagement will provide us with actionable insights and a strategic presentation to confidently secure funding and advance our project.

This project will help bring to life a core part of Hattie B. BWIP’s long-term vision: opening a boutique hotel that funds our Girls Camp and creates long-term impact in Bisbee, AZ. This triple-bottom-line business model will allow us to offer our camp programs at little to no cost to families while expanding access to more girls and underserved youth in the region. The hotel will serve both as a sustainable revenue generator and a hub for community engagement, leadership training, internships, fellowship opportunities for career development, and youth programming. Your support on this project will help turn years of planning into action and create a model for mission-driven economic development.

This project directly supports Hattie B. BWIP’s mission to empower girls and young women through education, mentorship, and leadership development. By establishing a sustainable revenue stream through the boutique hotel and Girls Camp initiative in Bisbee, AZ, volunteers will be helping to secure the long-term financial stability necessary to expand our impactful programming. Your contributions will directly facilitate transformative experiences for young women, supporting their growth into confident and empowered community leaders. Together, we can make a tangible and lasting difference.

Hattie B. BWIP is well-prepared to set this project up for success. Over the past five years, our team has diligently gathered extensive research and data, demonstrating our deep commitment to this initiative, building stakeholder relationships, and fostering internal alignment. We have already completed a comprehensive feasibility study, developed an initial project budget, and created a preliminary pitch deck. Our extensive preparation includes securing internal stakeholder buy-in and clearly defining our strategic vision, ensuring a seamless transition from planning to implementation.

The outcomes from this project will be immediately integrated into our fundraising and investor engagement strategy, guiding us in securing necessary capital. We are confident that our extensive groundwork, detailed documentation, and clear organizational support will enable a highly effective and impactful collaboration with our pro bono volunteer partner.
