Ads Optimization & Social Media Engagement

We are seeking pro bono support to with the Google Ads Optimization. Specifically, we need help with:
- Creating and refining Google Ad campaigns
- Keyword research and targeting for career-switching educators
- Writing compelling ad copy that aligns with each program tier
- Conversion tracking setup and performance optimization
- Suggestions for landing page alignment
This will help us reach qualified educators and employers at scale.

We can provide:
- Existing messaging from the TEACH! Suite
- Additional program descriptions
- Ads we have experimented with and performance data to date
- Branding elements for the TEACH! Suite and Aiconium

Volunteers won't have to start from scratch. We have drafts, references, and clear outcomes to build from.

Ideally the volunteer will create and refine Google Ads campaigns for the TEACH! program tiers, conduct keyword research targeting career-switching educators, write tier-aligned ad copy, set up conversion tracking and reporting, optimize performance, and recommend landing page alignment. The volunteer will also assist the lead consult with building a social media engagement plan, complete with scheduling, strategy, and feedback.

Improved Google Ads and social media engagement will increase visibility to experienced educators and employers, accelerating educator career transitions and employer connections. This work will help Aiconium scale program access, surface high-quality candidates for industry, and strengthen the educator–community empowerment exchanges at the heart of our mission.

We have assembled existing messaging, program descriptions, ad drafts, performance data, and brand assets and will provide account access and stakeholder availability. We also have one live campaign running at this time. Our team is ready to implement volunteer recommendations, test changes, and share results so the work is put into practice.
