Grant Strategy Support
Responsibilities
• Lead 1–2 initial strategy sessions to create a grant roadmap.
• Help define roles and responsibilities for our volunteer grant team.
• Share best practices and mentor our volunteer team in developing their grant-writing skills.
• Answer occasional questions and provide ongoing recommendations as needed.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in grant writing and grant strategy for nonprofit organizations.
• Strong understanding of the grant application and funding process.
• Ability to break down complex processes for entry-level team members.
• Excellent communication and mentorship skills.
• Commitment to supporting Season to Soar’s mission and willingness to volunteer time pro bono.
Commitment
• 1–2 initial strategy sessions (virtual).
• Flexible, occasional support (as needed) for consultation, reviews, and feedback.
