Financial Analysis & Growth Modeling

We are seeking a volunteer finance professional to help model the budget and resources needed to sustain growth over the next 3 years. We want to understand how additional earned revenue streams could impact our budget and overall capacity.

The volunteer will complete the following tasks:
- Analyze current funding sources and forecast potential revenue.
- Model multiple growth scenarios and their budget implications.
- Provide a board-ready summary of findings to guide strategic planning.

We estimate that this project will take 36-48 hours to complete, ideally spread over 3-5 hours per week.

The Women's Coaching Alliance has been empowering young women through leadership in sports for the past three years — and demand for our Coaches now exceeds our capacity. Our mission is to equip young women ages 15–26 with leadership skills by training them to coach youth sports. The young women are our focus; the children they coach are the ultimate beneficiaries, gaining strong female role models while more kids get off waitlists and into the game.

As organizations recognize the impact of our work, they’re beginning to invest financially to help us grow. We’re now at an exciting inflection point — and we need your expertise to guide our next steps. We’re seeking a volunteer with strong financial analysis skills to help us understand how much growth we can sustain with new and potential funding. Your strategic insights will directly shape our ability to expand our reach and empower more young women to lead.

To prepare for this project, we have gathered our budgeting information and will share access to our financial management tools. We want to be able to present these budgets and forecasts to our Board of Directors for feedback and/or approval.
