Create a comprehensive HR documentation plan and organized folder structure. Deliverables will include an inventory of existing documents, recommended categories and folder hierarchy, naming/versioning guidance, a prioritized list of missing templates to create, and optional recommendations for access control. Details will be provided.

A clear HR document system will help the organization maintain safe, consistent practices that protect staff, volunteers, and program participants. Better incident reporting, hiring and onboarding documentation will support recruitment of strong role models and consistent mental health and sports programming, advancing our mission to empower girls.

We have started compiling incident reports, employee handbooks, contracts, leave records, hiring practices and other materials and can share them with volunteers. Volunteers will collaborate with our team to inventory files, prioritize gaps, and provide a clear, implementable organization plan. Details will be provided during interviews.
