Help us make the most out of our CRM! We’re looking for a volunteer to assess our current Neon One system and identify ways to use it to meet our needs more effectively, including potential integrations with other tools we’re using. Once the volunteer implements the recommended changes, we’d like a brief training session and/or documented guidelines so our team can maintain the CRM going forward.
Our organization currently subscribes to Neon One, but no one on our team is familiar with how to fully utilize it. Support from a volunteer will significantly enhance our ability to manage data, track engagement, and strengthen our mission.
We have already selected a CRM and are ready to share credentials with a volunteer. We’ll come prepared with details about the specific types of data we want to collect, our goals for using the CRM, and a list of any other tools or software we use.
