We aim to collaborate with a skilled volunteer to develop a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy. This includes identifying key internal and external stakeholders, mapping their influence and interests, and creating tailored communication plans. The final deliverables may include:

-A stakeholder map or matrix
-Audience profiles to describe stakeholder types, needs, motivations, and preferred channels
-Recommendations of engagement strategies by stakeholder group
-Identification of current messaging gaps
-An outline of what should be included in a communication toolkit

This project will help us build stronger relationships and ensure alignment with those who impact or are impacted by our work.
The Challenge
As an all-volunteer, all-virtual nonprofit, effective communication and engagement with our diverse stakeholders—volunteers, potential donors, and community partners—is crucial for our growth and impact. Currently, we lack a cohesive, systematic strategy to ensure consistent messaging and meaningful engagement across these groups. We need expert guidance to develop a robust framework that maximizes our reach and strengthens our community ties.

Why This Project Matters (The Impact)
Your expertise will be a game-changer for our organization. By establishing a professional and consistent engagement strategy, you will empower us to effectively communicate our mission and impact, which is vital for securing essential funding and attracting more dedicated volunteers. Your work will directly contribute to our capacity to serve more community members and ensure our all-virtual platform can thrive, creating lasting positive change for the individuals we support.
To prepare for this project, we've:

-Compiled a preliminary list of known stakeholders and their roles
-Identified internal team members who will support and provide input
-Outlined our organizational goals and current communication practices

We will provide the volunteer with access to relevant documents, staff contacts, and any tools needed to complete the project efficiently.
