A platform that will allow us to bring the best of the best to help the Arial Fibrillation community here in the US and ultimately worldwide. Having a premier CRM is as essential or more important than a website as it helps the community, patients and clinicians, help advancing the clinical outcomes finally with the stakeholders reported information as they are often ignored.
Voices of Atrial Fibrillation Patients is dedicated to providing and enhancing engagement between patients and clinicians living with AFib. Current statistics indicated that over 10 million patients live with AFib and their Quality of Life(QOL) and Real-World Experiences(RWE) are not being considered enough in their diagnosis and personalized treatment plans.
With a full set of requirements, a full set of fields to capture, a set of automation we would like to implement including set of web forms to collet basic information, areas of interest working with VoAFP.org we hope for experienced leadership and possible initial set up and refinement of what we have already developed

Organization Mission

Voices of Atrial Fibrillation Patients (VoAFP.org) is a dedicated community founded on the belief that the collective experiences of individuals living with atrial fibrillation are invaluable in shaping the future of medical research and ultimately improving patient outcomes. Our mission is to provide a platform where AFib patients can share their stories, insights, and challenges, fostering a supportive environment that amplifies their voices and connects them with the medical research community. By bridging the gap between patients and researchers, we aim to facilitate a deeper understanding of AFib, promote patient-centered research, and drive innovation in treatments and care. Together, we empower AFib patients to become active contributors in shaping the future of AFib research, clinical outcomes with your care team, leading to enhanced treatments, improved quality of life, and a brighter tomorrow for all those affected by this condition.
