Our organization would like to partner with an SEO specialist to conduct an on-page SEO audit for our website. We need to better understand the issues that could be hindering our nonprofit’s online visibility and make sure that search engines can crawl and index our website.

We would like the audit to assess the strengths or weaknesses of our website: title tags, meta descriptions, duplicate content, content copy, internal links, URLs, broken links, image size, ALT tags, and website speed.

The SEO specialist would then provide the next steps for an SEO implementation plan. This plan should include quick fixes that can be implemented by our team immediately and longer-term tactics.
This SEO audit helps our nonprofit further its mission by making it easier for the people who need us and the people who want to support us to actually find us online.

As a mission-driven organization, our impact depends on visibility, trust, and access. An on-page SEO audit evaluates how well our website content, structure, and keywords align with what families, donors, partners, and community members are actively searching for. By improving these elements, we can ensure our services, programs, and resources appear more prominently in search results at the exact moment someone is looking for help or ways to give back. Specifically, an on-page SEO audit helps us:

• Reach more families and community members by improving search visibility for mission-related topics and services.
• Increase donor and partner discovery by clearly communicating who we are, what we do, and why our work matters.
• Strengthen credibility and trust through clear messaging, optimized content, and consistent site structure.
• Drive meaningful action by guiding visitors to donate, sign up for updates, volunteer, or request services.
• Use limited resources more effectively by increasing organic traffic rather than relying solely on paid outreach.

Ultimately, better on-page SEO means more awareness, more engagement, and more support, allowing us to serve more people, build sustainable funding, and expand our impact in the communities we exist to help.
We have a current live website that is built with [INSERT WEBSITE PLATFORM]. We are prepared to provide the SEO specialist with admin access to our site any other tools required (FTP access, CMS detail, Google Analytics, etc.). We are willing to be in regular communication with the SEO specialist and transfer all of the relevant information.
