Session Overview
I am new to the nonprofit world from an employment/ business aspect & would love to chat with experts that can assist me with best practices so that I can set a standard for our entire organization (which has 3 founders total - 1 completely silent out of state, 1 that has a separate profession as a solo practitioner with absolutely no business sense & myself that has business experience & has been researching & self educating myself for 20 years or so. I'd been apprehensive about starting a nonprofit mainly due to having to "share" something that is so personal to myself. This opportunity is one that I didn't realistic see but now has become my entire world. I'm able to do things as I see fit, but am now really wanting to make sure that I keep the foundation firm & steady. I'm needing to really be able to manage things in a better, consistent & transparent way that I have yet to figure out. I would really love to touch base with anyone that can give me information about what I'm doing because I'm "winging it" in areas that I'd rather not be, as this is a very big responsibility & so much is riding on it's success.
