Suggestions for Constructing a 3-Month Content Calendar

We’re looking for advice for building a clear and actionable 3-month content calendar to reengage our donor base and grow our digital presence. Specifically, I’d love help brainstorming and structuring a schedule that maps out what types of content should go out, when, and on which platforms (email, social media, etc.).

We are currently in the process of filming several impactful video pieces, including resident stories and mission-driven campaigns. I’d appreciate guidance on how and when to use video clips, donor spotlights, organizational updates, fundraising appeals, and behind-the-scenes content to best support engagement and giving.

The biggest challenge is feeling overwhelmed—I can execute with clarity, but I need help building that plan. I'm hoping to leave the call with a week-by-week content strategy, sample posting schedule, and a better understanding of how to align content with our development goals.

Our organization operates maternity homes for women in crisis pregnancies, and our storytelling is powerful—but we need structure to deliver it consistently and effectively.
